Starting with a single-family home in Los Osos, Troy and his wife Janette transitioned from home to home building up their portfolio of properties and net worth utilizing tax strategies that are only available through real estate. Their real estate portfolio has afforded them the time in life to raise their three children, travel nationally and internationally, and the weather storms that life may bring.
With his free time Troy has enjoyed coaching his older son’s youth soccer team for a decade and traveling and coaching his younger son as he competes nationally and internationally at the highest level on the Mountain Bike World Cup Down Hill circuit.
Troy and family take advantage of the numerous recreational activities that are uniquely available on the central coast, such as hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, wine tasting, and the list goes on.
